Smell-memories. Cool Water Deep was my favourite cologne. I used to get compliments all the time from people saying I smelt good and they would ask me what I was wearing. Unfortunately it was discontinued a few years back. I was really devastated when I found out and have been struggling to find a replacement ever since.
Davidoff’s Cool Water, was released in the late 1980s, and has been a very popular men’s cologne ever since. The current formulation, isn’t quite the same as those original bottles, but it is still a very nice scent. With such popularity, there are going to be similar options or just straight up clones of such a fragrance.

Davidoff's "Good Life" is a rare, excellent scent, much like Hermes' Mediterranean scents. I'm so sorry it is not available at the stores, and I'm so glad I thought to look for it on the internet. It has much more of a character and lasts longer than Davidoff's "Cool Water." At the least, it works for me, and I hope I keep finding it.
I like the concept and I find the bottle attractive enough. I think Davidoff have achieved in making this a deeper Cool Water in a way; I get a darker blue smell with some deep green undertones. It has a slight spice and can come off rather synthetic up close. The sillage is pretty good on me but the longevity is average at best.

Is Davidoff Cool Water Worth it? For the price, Davidoff Cool Water is definitely worth it. It’s a budget cologne that stacks up against fragrances 4 or 5 times the price, both in terms of scent and longevity.
